Guilty of wearing shirts of bands I don’t listen to

Shapeless Zara pants*, H&M tank top and blazer, Vintage leo sneakers, Salvatore Ferragamo clutch
*aka trousers, as I am always corrected by my British friends. What do you call it? Pants? Trousers? Solid leggings? It doesn’t matter. First day back, I did some work on KNEON, salivated over copies of my favourite magazines (I’ll show you tomorrow), cleaned up my room (disaster zone), and headed out to my favourite ribs place. I am still too full. And remember what I said about having my dslr? Well, I lied. It’s just way too heavy. People are always surprised when they hold my camera. It’s basically a canonball with a strap.

(First off, sorry about that massive stink-eye look in the first photo. I’m not so aggressive in real life, I promise.) At the moment I have symmetrical band aids on both of my arms from my two lovely injections, which make it quite hard to flex even the most nonexistent muscle (I’m such a baby). I’m really into two new blogs/vlogs at the moment. Neither are typical fashion blogs: one is ThePersianbabe or Barbara on youtube, who is your everyday girl with the gorgeous british accent and a totally down-to-earth attitude. She vlogs about hauls, her life, ootd… very average, honest and funny. Next is Grace whose writings and rants about life are really bleak and truthfully sad, real and understandable. If you haven’t checked out their work yet, you really must. Both are eye-openers in today’s web of dominating fashion blogs (yours truly guilty).

Really haven’t had a lot of time to blog lately since I’m completely dedicated to studying and all that nerdy stuff. Which of course is why I was at the White Lies concert last night (ammmmazing – though they annoyingly didn’t play my two favourite songs), and had a little rendez vous at Muehlbauer today with Anna H. who shot me in two different outfits I put together with items from the store. She’s sending me all the photos, so you can see me sporting thin spring clothes under a rare Viennese sun quite soon :)

Bad post title aside, this dress is seriously my love. Other than the fact that I have no idea how I will stuff the sleeves under a jacket, I absolutely adore it. Interesting use of material and its so funky while still being a little black dress. I styled it minimally with few accessories, red lips, which I’ve yet to master drinking with, and some simple black wedges. Anyway, I have something exciting to tell you in the next post!
